Bringing a family member to Spain

PERMIT
This permit is for for foreigners who are family members of legal citizens living in Spain
Here you can find some of the requirements and see wether you qualify.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Not to be a citizen of a State of the European Union
- Not to be irregularly in Spanish territory.
- Lack of criminal records in Spain and in your previous countries.
- Not to be prohibited from entering Spain and not to be prohibited in countries in which spain has agreements.
- Be covered by Seguridad Social Insurance or have a private health insurance.
- Do not suffer from any of the diseases that can have serious public health repercussions.
- To have paid the fee for processing the procedure.
- Havesufficient financial means to meet the needs of the family.
- Having an adequate accomodation to acomodate the family member
- Need to have been living in Spain for at least a year and have already renovated the NIE card.

Once you give us your documents we will start to proceed your application. It normally takes up to 45 day.
