PERMIT
This permit is the residence card that you will obtain after living 5 years legally in Spain.
Is important to keep in mind that is starting to count from the moment that you become legal in Spain and not at the time that you have entered in the country (in case you enter ilegally)
WHO CAN APPLY?
Residents who have lived in Spain for 5 years.
There is an allowance of a non residing periode of 6 months...or up to 1 year if your gap time outside of Spain was due to working situation abroad. What it basically means is that during your 5 years... you are allow to have been abroad max 1 year and you will still be able to apply for larga duracion.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Once we apply, the administration has 3 months to reply to our inquire.

- Histórico de Padrón
- Full copy of pasport
- Criminal record in Spain
